Pulser Eighth Brick

The P0824120 converter delivers 12V/25A output from 18~36V input in a standard 1/8-Brick package. It uses patented Buck-Reset Forward topology and Partial-Resonant-Synchronous-Rectifier, operating at 450kHz to achieve 300W output with 94% efficiency and 248W/in³ power density.

Equipped with Onetech’s Pulsed-load-signal-estimator (Pulser) technology, it limits voltage deviation to under ±8% within 40μs under 0~100% pulsed loads. Adding 470μF or 2200μF external capacitors can reduce deviation to ±5% or ±3%.

UltraFast i-Limit technology reduces current-loop delay from 350μs to 60ns, limiting short-circuit current to one-third of conventional converters, providing reliable drive for motors and capacitive loads.

The low-profile six-sided metal case offers excellent heat spreading and supports external cooling via four M2 screws for high-vibration environments. Vacuum-potted with thermal silicone, it maintains pressure balance from 1mBar to 100Bar.

This converter is ideal for pulsed-load applications in extreme conditions, such as deep-water probes, pulsed lasers, RF amplifiers, and high-altitude instruments.
